1. Parking: Vehicles and property of guests are left on the premises at
the owner's risk.

2. Disabled Facilities: One apartment has a bathroom specifically designed and equipped for use by a disabled person. Those who require special facilities must consult the management in advance of their stay so that they can be fully advised of the facilities on offer. Failure to so consult with the management will absolve Stable Court from any liability for any personal injury, damage to property or inconvenience whatsoever and howsoever caused.

3. Payments: A deposit of £100.00 is payable at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due in full four weeks prior to arrival.

4. Security Deposit: As is the usual procedure, when you check in, an
imprint of your credit card will be requested to cover any incidental expenses you might incur during your stay. This authorisation will be up to £200.00 and will be cancelled on departure. You may leave a cash deposit instead if you prefer.

5. Cards Accepted: Visa/MasterCard, UK Maestro (Switch).

6. All prices are quoted in £'s Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

7. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to arrival
can be made without charge. Cancellations made between 7 and 20 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the booking. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to arrival, will be subject to a charge of 90% of the total cost of the booking. A cancellation must be in writing and signed by the person who signed the booking form.

8. Pets: Pets are not allowed.

9. Smoking: There is a no smoking policy in operation throughout all
of the accommodation.

10. Party Size: The number of people occupying any apartment or house
shall not exceed the number stated on the Booking Form. Any such unauthorized occupancy will result in removal of the unauthorisied occupant and an appropriate charge to the principal guest's security deposit.

11. Electricity and gas: Electricity and gas costs are included in the
price, subject to excessive usage. It will be for the management to determine what is excessive, subject to principles of reasonableness.
Excessive usage charges will be extracted from the principal guest's security deposit (and/or billed directly) and will be at the going market rate plus 10%.

12. The Right to Enter: Management reserves the right to enter at any
time for service, repairs and abatement of nuisance behaviour.

13. Limitation of liability: If for whatever reason, the accommodation
booked is not available, the liability of the company in no circumstances will exceed a refund in excess of any amount received by the company.

14. Reasonable and Peaceful Usage: The accommodation shall only be used
for reasonable and peaceful residential, holiday or business habitation.

15. Nuisance behaviour: Guests shall not behave in such a manner so as
to cause any unreasonable interference with other guests' use and enjoyment of the property. In the event that guests receive compensation from Stable Court due to the nuisance behaviour of other guests, a sum equal to the amount of that said compensation will be charged to the principal guest in the party creating the said nuisance.
